ACET Future Leaders Forum (AFLF) formerly the Young Professional Forum (YPF) is an initiative that aims at recognizing the importance of Young Professionals (YPs) to the industry and also to the society. Young Professionals are described as “Future Leaders” who will fill the leadership gap in the next generation.
Simply, Young Professionals are the Talent - Pipeline of the Consulting Engineering industry, and it is important to keep them engaged within the Consulting Engineering community. ACET will continue to enhance its Future Leaders Forum (AFLF) through continuous engagement of Future Leaders in local and international activities.
Membership to the ACET Future Leaders Forum is open to any engineer, planner, or allied professional whose firm is a member of ACET and wishes to join a national network of similar professionals within the Member Association Community. Recommended Age for the Future Leaders Forum membership is normally considered to be available to individuals from the time of graduation with a professional university degree, up to the age of 40.
